Real-Time Satellite Tracking
Track the ISS, Starlink, GPS and thousands more satellites live — on an interactive 3D globe, from a first-person view of your own sky, or across a to-scale solar system. Free, on any device.
What AstroSat does
A live 3D globe
Thousands of satellites orbiting Earth in real time, computed in your browser from current orbital data. Spin, zoom, click any dot to see what it is and where it is heading.
Your own sky
Share your location and AstroSat shows what is crossing overhead right now, plus when each satellite you track next makes a visible pass — with alerts so you can go outside and look up.
The solar system
Fly from the Sun to the Kuiper Belt through a to-scale 3D model with real planetary positions and orbits, and a short story for every world along the way.
Launches and news
A live Mission Feed of upcoming rocket launches — countdown, rocket, launch site and webcast — alongside the latest space news, refreshed automatically.
Satellite positions come from two-line element sets published by Space-Track and CelesTrak, refreshed every two hours, and are propagated with SGP4 — the same standard model professional operators use — inside web workers in your browser. Nothing on the globe is pre-recorded or animated on a loop. AstroSat runs free in any modern browser and installs as an app on phone or desktop, with no account required to track satellites and no paid tier.
